April 30 – Show’s Over

Today is the last day in April and the end of my exhibition at T-Rex Cookie and Coffee Cafe. I can’t believe that April is over already. Many thanks to all of you for the support and kind words. Particular thanks to Tina Rexing for letting me show my photos. I do not know what is next. Stay tuned,

April 29 – Hastings Revisited

The Mississippi Riverfront in Hastings is a great place to watch the sun rise. Hard to believe I was the only one there for a spectacular morning.

April 27 – Spring is Near

This is one of my favorite times of year. I love it when the switch flips and suddenly the world is green. All we need is some warmth and sunshine. I needed this scene to offset the snow flurries I saw this morning.

April 26 – Now Wow

What do all of these things have in common? Give up? They were all delivered by Amazon Prime Now today. This started last night when I was looking for a wireless mouse. I found the mouse on Prime Now, but the cost fell short of the minimum order. So, I looked around and found cat food. I was tired and left the stuff in my cart overnight. When I looked this morning, Prime Now was selling a bunch of bananas for $0.01. Can’t pass that up. I was going to cook tonight and needed some olive oil. Just on a lark, I looked for lawn fertilizer because I need to work on the lawn this weekend. The price was actually on par with Home Depot. I don’t begin to know how this works, but it is pretty cool.

April 25 – Time For Reflection

Tried for another sunrise, but too many clouds. As the sun rose, the light did great things with the clouds. Add in no wind and you get some beautiful reflections. This morning was a good reminder to take time to explore and take what you find, even if it was not what you were looking for,

April 24 – Beautiful Commute

I love that the days are longer, but it creates new challenges for my daily photograph. First, I have to resist the temptation to check out the sunrise as I am driving. Second, I have to find a place to take a photo if needed. Today was one of those days. I got to the beach at Lake Nokomis just in time!
