June 5 – Household Physics

I have never been much of a science student. I am convinced that if I had taken a physics class, I would have learned about the Law of Household Matter – Matter stored in a place without human activity will remain in a static state for an indefinite period of time. One of those places is the rafters of our garage. We emptied the rafters this weekend. The result was 3+ cubic yards of junk. The purple item on top is our old water bed. It has been up there for about 25 years. We hope to clean out all of these places over the next two weeks heading to a garage sale starting June 22. No more static states in this house!
